Guidelines

We are pleased to offer a variety of room options for our students, faculty and staff. The following guidelines apply:

  • A valid ‘aup.edu’ email address is required.
  • Reservations can be made up to two (2) weeks in advance for students.
  • Reservations can be made up to one semester in advance by faculty and staff.
  • Any unreserved spaces can be used by others until the next reservation arrives.
  • No one user may reserve more than 3 hours per day.
  • Save your confirmation email, as this is proof of the booking and contains the cancellation link, if needed.
  • If the user that reserved the room does not arrive within the first 15 minutes, the room becomes available for use by someone else.
